COUNTDOWN HANDING-OVER TIME:
The builder said Wednesday it began to sell 756 apartments in two apartment buildings in Molao New Urban Area, Ha Dong District. Its model apartment is on the second floor of Handico Tower.
The two buildings will have 364 and 392 apartments, respectively, and the apartment sizes are from 73 to 107 square meters.
The two buildings are part of the 10 international apartment buildings with two stories below ground and 30 above in the district. The 10 buildings will accommodate 3,482 apartments sized from 73 to 108 square meters.
Because the Vietnamese government opened the country’s real estate market to foreigners in 2015, the construction firm can sell up to 30 percent of the apartments to expatriates in Vietnam.
Booyoung expects the apartments will gain popularity with office workers from other nations, diplomats and foreign investors.
According to the group, all of the apartments come with large windows and balconies for natural ventilation. They also have a built-in system with Korean style interior design for the convenience of the residents.
Nearby amenities include a Big C Supermarket, CGV Cinema, Grand Plaza Hotel, Hanoi Museum, the National Convention Center and Ha Dong General Hospital.
Vietnam National University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Thang Long University, Hanoi Architectural University and Nguyen Hue High School are close to the apartments as well.
Hanoi Metro Line 2A is 200 meters from the Booyoung buildings. Asian Highway 13, which links Hanoi with Hoa Vinh, is two minutes away from the buildings. Noi Bai International Airport is 32 kilometers away from the apartments while Hanoi city hall is 11 kilometers away.
Booyoung also expects industrial complexes located 30 minutes away from the buildings will create demand for the new apartments.
